I snickered at the "no mole" part but then I realize you have drawn several lapine characters with one.
So she is naturally blond, although I did think the possibility she may have naturally pink hair and you were going for the more cartoony or anime off color hair angle.
Kinda funky her tail is the only part that is two toned.
