Lucario and Mienshao are both in Field and Human-Like Egg groups,
which means they are fully capable of breeding.
While this is a lesbian relationship,
the child would always be of the mother's species
should they choose a surrogate.
Interestingly enough,
should a Ditto Transform into one of the partners as a male
the genetic information would be an exact copy as well.
