Fan hanging out with soldiers at a Human Protective Services (HPS) Compound.
P.S. That is just one of Fan's newest outfits. When not on city guard duty (From evil macros, terrorists, etc.), he is an engineer working for the Human Protective Services' (HPS) Mechanics Division.
Side note: HPS bases are constructed with materials to keep macros from not breaking in easily, so the building is able to withstand Fan's weight more easily unlike other normal structures.
