Couch Kitties: Cat Yoga? Or Squirrel Yogurt?
It seems that Sylvia and Norma are a trifle confused...

Typically, the Good Mews cat shelter in Marietta, an Atlanta suburb, with its bright walls and white volunteer-scrubbed floors, is home to 100 or so cats who lounge and chase and bat at the odd toy, all while they wait for humans to come find them and give them a forever home.
Tonight, however, they are in for something special. Tonight, their home in the cage-free adult cat room transforms into a studio for the ultimate in challenging exercise fads. Classes have popped up on New York's Lower East Side, in San Francisco, even in Des Moines and in Mobile, Alabama.
Tonight, it's yoga with cats.
The kittehs seem to have misheard, though...

This proves I've been warped by the Major's influence. When I read the question, "Have you ever seen a human with fuzzy ears, a fuzzy tail, and scrounging for food at 2:00 AM?" I almost expected the Major to answer "Yes." That is if he's ever caught Tali raiding the 'fridge in the wee hours of the morning.
Two things...
First, this is beyond sparrows pecking at the gold top, that's for sure. The milkman had his hands full of raspberry yoghurt so we can tell the tale. (And checkmark on the obligatory Are you Being Served? references...)
Second, Farkleberry? Somebody just saw the second biggest reference they've ever seen. That's the third time this month. Get Smart is always relevant.

Maxwell Smart: [looking at a showgirl in a skimpy outfit] That's Dr. Steel?
Chief: Yes. The chorus line is her cover.
Maxwell Smart: Not much of a cover, is it?
Chief: Max!
Maxwell Smart: Well, I'm not dead yet, Chief.
Also: Gotta watch out for those stale pork pies! :)

I'd be interested to know what you think "farkleberry" refers to.
For me, it's a reference to Arkansas (where Mitch lives). A long-time editorial cartoonist for the Arkansas Gazette, George Fisher, tied (not literally) Governor Orval Faubus (he of the Little Rock desegregation matter) to the farkleberry tree, which is a tree native to the region.

A most excellent episode of the most excellent television series "Get Smart." "Classification: Dead" S3E12, 1967. A spoof or parody of the movie DOA, Maxwell Smart is poisoned and has a limited amount of time to find the antidote. On confronting the man (a weedy, wimpy-looking gym-owner named Mr. Hercules) He is offered a selection of juides, one of which is Farkleberry juice. His reaction to the name is hilarious, enhanced by the casual way Mr. Hercules treats the funny-sounding word. You have to admit, it's hilarious.
Cats make everything better. Why not yoga...?
What cracks me up here is how much the cats seem to dig it. Being cats, they are of course sure that this is all for their benefit. I love how they're going around bunting everyone in half the pictures there, particularly the woman's foot in the second pic...
