Glorified doodle I did in my Lit class. We had just finished reading the Enuma Elish (the Babylonian creation myth) and the chief god Marduk is described as:

Four were his eyes, four where his ears.
When his lips move, fire blazed forth.
Each of (his) four ears grew large,
And likewise (his) eyes, to see everything.

So I applied it to the Crone and I like the results. This is not Saezerim. It is her previous form that she inhabited in Empty, before the Pantheon chose to enter the Flesh. There's a bunch more story shits behind that, but you folke don't need to/probably don't care to worry about it.
