As the silo hit the ground with a resonant bang, Iho, who did not hear it in his sleep, was already on his back, slid to the side and plopped down on his belly like a blob of gelatin; he could finally breathe again. All that came out of him, when he landed, was a loud hiccup succeeded by the bouncing of his sloshing belly. Tangene was luckily satisfied; she was completely tired, unaware that she had her bloated gut still clinging to the fallen empty silo. Now the two behemoths were fast asleep and were well prepared for the winter. No matter how big the two had gotten that day, Tangene still regarded Iho as a "tiny dot". The remaining chunks of Iho's bananas that were not crushed were digested over time. It was not long before the herd returned upon hearing a loud bang and saw how huge Tangene and Iho had gotten. Many reacted with "Egad!" or "Wow!", while the others reacted with "Tangene?" or "Iho?" Turgoun, the leader, reacted the very same way and trembled with astonishment. As lean as he was, Turgoun felt like a minuscule mouse compared to those two bloated pigs.
