A creature that sapphire came up with. Basically, it's a dragon/goat thing that came over from DRAGOATIA. her character, moofli, was the queen or something, and her homeland was destroyed. So now most of the dragoats live in a trailer park in florida, and are retarded due to the tainted magic on which they feed. SOME LIVE IN THE CITY THOUGH and they're douches.
