I don't know about you but, I really love the old designs of the 40's, 50's and early 70's. The nice curves in the car body and the iconic stylings of the time really sets itself apart from the rest by giving it so much character.
Most cars now-a-days are so aero-dynamic and simple. Why not go back and incorporate some of the designs of the past into the newer models of today.
