You should train/breed a catcher Smeargle. Use Spore.
Smeargles are rare in Sun & Moon, but worth catching and are available on the first island. Might need to go online and ask a friend for help sketching the moves you need.
False Swipe, Spore, Soak, and I personally recommend Simple Beam, for those with abilities like Dry Skin, Insomnia, Sap Sipper etc.
You'll want to get a Smeargle with a good attack IV, ideally perfect, and a nature like Adamant that boosts attack and sacrifices special attack since you won't be using it anyway.
