Cleo is the president of one of the biggest organisations in Agarthos and Earth: The Safeguard Corporation. She runs the company with a kind heart and helps to maintain the safety of the people of Agarthos and Earth. Her organisation is currently researching the Ultra Beasts but has been helpful in the past, maintaining peoples' safety, and even being known for some of their creations. The Corporation has made many machines, including a robot daughter for Cleo. With a big company to own, Cleo is glad to be the protector of everyone on Agarthos.

- Cleo and the Safeguard Corporation are based off of Lusamine and the Aether Foundation from Pokemon Sun/Moon
- Cleo is one of the few people on Agarthos who doesn't have eternal youth. This is because her Delphox body is actually an android, controlled by the consciousness of the real Cleo.
- Not only has the Safeguard Corporation created a daughter for Cleo, but some of Will and Xavier's friends were actually made by the company, including Galahad and Galahad Beta! In fact the lab Galahad Beta was found in used to belong to the Corporation before it was attacked!
