I made the piece on the left in December 2013.
And I just made the piece on the right today, giving Curse a few updates, yet again, haha.
I'm hoping this will be an inspiration to anyone and everyone.
To those who want to draw, but think they can't.
Learning is a process, don't give up, try new things, grow.
I'm proud of how far I've come.
A little embarrassed of where I started, but, still very proud of what I've done and what I did to get here.
In other words, pursue your dreams, and never give up. ♥

I think limits are imaginary.. haha. I believe limits don't exist. With practice, you can create somewhat of a talent/skillset. It all depends on how much effort you put into wanting to learn a new skill.

Well, I mean no matter how much you practice, no matter how much you do something, there is always someone who can do it better, do it faster, or do it cheaper.
Think of it in sports or exercise. No matter how much I jog, there is still a top speed I can reach. Only so much weight I can lift. Only so many WPM I can type. lol. Limitations exist, it's whether you let them stop you from trying.

All of that doesn't really matter, so long as your happy with your own work. Everyone and everything will always have some type of superior, but that doesn't mean they should never try to exceed their superiors, even if they think they never will.
And some limitations can be exceeded, if you set your heart on reaching that goal.

That's an absolutely stunning photograph, honestly. I've never seen a butterfly that profoundly. Haha.

We're all learning everyday~ If you want the truth, I'm disgusted by most of my own art, I always feel as if I could've done better on most things. But I still try and try. Improvement is the only way forward.

Thanks. I can point out a few flaws with the photo, it is however aesthetically pleasing.
Your drawing is better than I ever hope to achieve.
Self doubt is a good sign. It means that no matter how good the piece looks, you can still see flaws and be able to objectively criticize your work.

Aww, I wouldn't say that. ;u ; You can achieve whatever you put your heart into. The sky is still never the limit, if we want to be cheesy about it. Haha.
Though, self doubt is a sign of being down to Earth and humble. Know your flaws and embrace them as part of what makes you you is what I say. uvu

Kinklez can I just say that I love you. You actually talk with your watchers and commissioners. I love that about you. (not flirting, more like pointing out a great trait of yours.) For that action alone you have earned my respect. Your logical thought and impassioned view of the world has earned even more.

I try to stay in touch as much as possible, I know from time to time, some comments go unanswered, whether they're meant to be or not, I do read every one of them though. I've been lacking a lot of drive to even draw, so I felt maybe a change to Curse, and something new to my drawings would help, and I think it did. I'm wanting that drive back too. Haha. ;u ;
