Digging the thin pixel lines.
The figure itself looks pretty good (especially with the shading you provided). The only part that looks a bit off is her right leg. It's hard to describe, but it looks like its bent a little uncomfortably. Not wrong anatomically, just awkward looking. Of course, that could be why she is crying :P
