this is a yutyrannus, a species of tyrannosaurid actually! this is the largest dinosaur we've found with direct fossil evidence of feathers.
if you would like to avoid being incorrect and calling every theropod you see a raptor in the future, raptors (aka dromaeosaurids and their close relatives, troodontids) can be easily identified by their giant, incredibly obvious sickle claws on their second toe. if its fluffy and doesn't have this giant toe claw, it's probably a tyrannosaurid of some type
also you could easily tell what species is being depicted in the art piece you're looking at by checking the description, title, or tags. which you should read anyways
