ebonyleopard is the artist and writer behind one of the longest running publications in the furry fandom. His Extinctioners comic, about a group of furry superheroes fighting a struggle against human greed, was originally published in the late 80's if I'm not mistaken, and has seen a recent revival through a kickstarter-funded support drive to Angry Viking Press (which I was party to). In short, his superhero comics are legendary, and an important part of the fandom's history. Having a history of my own with superhero concepts and characters, I have wanted for a long time to get some of my characters done in his style. I met him and his wife Kayla in person for the first time at Anthrocon 2013, but could not then afford to get some art from him (did buy some epic Extinctioners t-shirts though!) The difference this year is that I now have a credit card!

Don't worry, I didn't go totally bonkers with it...I got a sketch, possibly so that I can have him finish it digitally later.
