A sexy Rogue on a Spitfire Mk IIb for

The plane is heavily referenced from a screenshot taken in War Thunder, rest is my own construction. I've been working a lot on my perspective skills this past year. It takes forever because I don't know how to use any handy 3d tools for the lines and just draw them in with the line tool on a separate layer, but it's super satisfying. It's still hard for me though. Backgrounds, especially ones like this, take me way way longer than characters.

Totally agree, 500 hours on the game, 300 as a German pilot, and Im still nowhere near jets. If they didn't do everything else right, It wouldn't be still worth playing. As for the art here, I guess this is what happens when your plane's pin-ups come to life. Looks amazing, every detail is spot on, could be mistaken for a photo at a distance.
i have a bunch of jets and tanks but when they started getting youtubers videos take down for simply showing buggs in their game in funny montages and stuff and trying to silence ANY criticism of their game i just fucked right off X3 atleast its not world of tanks... not deleting my account on there simply cause i have spent thousands on that game... >.> X3 hahah
Yeah, there's a lot of shady stuff, my favorite being the whole "There's no 'Russian Bias' in our game" thing. I wish War Thunder was just a normal game, where you buy it once, to play it, then it's balanced and free for the rest, not this 'pay to win' platform. The worst thing they could do, is go down the GTA 5 route, where it's $60 to play it, then to get anything good you have to pay more money.
Cant wait to see! This is the vixen I have that I was looking for tank pics for

Actually, you did a fantastic job on this. One trick I did, back in the "traditional" art days, was to stick a thumbtack, or pushpin into where I wanted the vanishing point to be, and just spun a steel ruler around it for all the perspective lines. For two point, I would just place the thumbtack at another point on the horizon line, or use two pins.
For software, Clipstudio Paint (which is cheap on holiday sales), has a very comprehensive set of custom rulers for setting up perspective. Also if you need to lay out a quick room, you may want to look at SketchUp, as it's free and is very quick for laying out rooms or hallways (or clusters of Buildings).
The surface paint on the plane is just about perfect, that halfway between glossy and matte. Almost a satin finish.

I make my canvas ridiculously long and draw it in on that with the line tool on a separate layer. It makes for a really huge file but my PC now can handle it well (my old one couldn't have). A couple people suggested sketchup, so that's something to look into (ahh I'm so lazy about learning new programs!)
This looks wonderful, I always love seeing your art pop up into my inbox. I particularly like the theme of this one, very nice. I can only imagine the amount of time and effort it takes to produce something like this, so you definitely have my respect and appreciation for making the effort to create works of art like this and thus further enriching the Fandom.
