Technically, yes, but I sort of picture their hind legs working in the same way my ferrets' do: plantigrade when at rest or scooting along, but when they get walking (as opposed to shuffling along slowly), they actually stand on their "toes." The "heel" of the foot is up in the air. So when I stand them up to be anthros, I carry that over. He's stretched out a bit, here, so he's on his toes. But when squatting/crouching, he could sink back onto his heels if he wished.
