This chapter was awesome. I just don't get the thing with the flower, probably because of my bad english!

im a tad confused by it as well. i bet it will be cleared up by the end of the second chapter though :)

The creator is Russian, so the English is actually hard to understand at points anyway. I'm sure it's doubly confusing for somebody who also doesn't speak English as a first language. I think in this case it was intentional, as a cliffhanger for the next chapter.

Why am I feeling disgusted by the guy on the right putting up a smile about Aki´s situation in the last panel?

If he was actually dutyfull he would secure the entire Perimeter with more Guards. In case a bigger group of People was behind that attack on Mori and Akihito.

What does it mean if moribund made the oath flower
I thought it was powered by aki's loyalty to mori
So please explain

Now I gotta reread the comic cuz I forgot what the oath flower is

Theory time!
Looks like the flower Mori gave to Aki was made by the king, wich is logical since it's probably an hig level magic that a child could not make.
This colud mean that the oath integrity is judged by the King and not by Mori and this could explain why the flower started to wither only after the king saw Mori's conditions (p56 was still glowing but starts to wither on p 59) or, if that's wrong, it could have withered for the guilt Aki felt after seing the reaction of the king being the flower able to percive his feelings after the king reaction.

Also i'd like to point out that maybe the king himself made things worse since, while damaged, Mori's tree started to break only after his intervention; did he push too much magic in an already unsteady container?

Soooo many misteries! I really like the comic so far !! Keep them up!

wait.......the king couldn't be over protective could he? Mori said in the beginning the flower only withers when the guard fails.....however aka didn't fail and mori admits to being at fault so when the king saw mori's condition it was the king who withered the flower!! So in other words the king controls the flower!!! When the king see's something happening he does not approve of or feels its better for mori he would wither the flower to end the contract!!! Again all theory......A COMIC THEORY
