"This can't be happening!" Deimos shouted "They can't commence a Strategic Orbital Strike right now!"
"Tiz what's happening, Deimos." Artison shouted over another explosion "If that's what that is, I would say so..."
"It can't be though!" Deimos shouted "The Gigantic isn't ready!"
"Then explain the buildings getting destroyed!" D shouted, and then he turned to his devices "Alexa, What can you pull up on the damage here?"
"Deimos is right." Alexa said and formed out of the projector "I remember the condition The Gigantic was when we left, the cannons would over heat and destroy themselves once fired too much."
And sure enough the lasers stopped falling down from the sky.
"Well, there we have it." Artison said as he looked at the sky not covered in smog. "Looks like we shall live for another day."
"Not quite." Alexa said "I'm tapping into some of the battle nets and there are firefights all over the city."
"Where exactly?" Deimos said as he looked over D's shoulder "And with who?"
"From what I can tell," Alexa said "We have Irken troops getting ambushed by reisity forces, and they already have four strongholds right now. One that the irkens are trying to take is the only spaceport left remaining in the city."
"Is this the Irken made on?" Deimos asked
"Yeah, why?"
Deimos didn't say a word, he just took his gloves and ran down the streets.

When D and Artison where able to find him again, Deimos saw the failing siege to take the spaceport, and he was looking at the top of it, where a series of lasers were firing off rapidly.
"This is bad." Deimos said "They're using the spaceport already."
"You think it's to evacuate?" Artison asked "Your allies did just barrage the city where they were at."
"No!" Deimos growled "The Irken space port is so Irkens can get on to their specific ships, and only them! Somehow, they managed to hack the system and is getting into the ships in orbit now! They're going to steal The Gigantic!"

"Then how are we gonna stop them?" D asked
"I'm just the artificer," Artison said "My sister is the military expert."
Deimos paused for a moment then looked at him "You also managed to make a missile out of a fuel tank. If you could hit those teleportation emitters, it could stop them."
"Twas luck I hit that one guy with the first one, Deimos" Artison said "I have no control over the trajectory of it. And if they find us, they could kill is all!"
"Then what you suggest?" Deimos said "They have the place locked down and not even the Irkens are able to get close without being disintegrated. Not to mention the Irkens won't help us at this time."
Artison looked out at the no-man's-land between The irkens and the stronghold, and at all but one area had troopers. It was the area by the front door. The area for about twenty yards by it was completely empty, and what made it different was that the ground there was scorched.
"What about there?" Artison asked "That looks safe."
"LOOKS safe." Deimos said and picked up a rock "That has the most reinforcement." The threw the rock and from out the the stops shot a fireball that turned the rock into vapor. "Heavy Incinerate Cannons, That will kill just about anyone."
Then D's ears popped up "Artison, you're fireproof." he said "If you could get close, and maybe one of us too, I could have Alexa hack their systems."
"And then how do we handle the cannons?" Deimos said "Their operating systems are more primitive."
"I think I could sabotage them." Artison said "Most metals here are craftable."
"How are you sure you can do so with those cannons?" Deimos said
"We'll find out!" Artison said and grabbed D's hand "ONWARD!" And he charged fro the doors of the locked-down space port.
