For some reason, he reminds me of a character named Tom Wolls (played by Tom Sizemore) in a movie called "Bringing Out The Dead". The character was an EMT himself, and I'm probably saying this because he was batshit crazy, and this husky seems to have a little bit of a crazed look in his eyes himself.
