Among other kitsune, whom she has never met directly, Hirozuki is known as the Black Sheep of the Kitsune Clan, for a number of reasons. A physical factor of such is her handicapped kitsune powers. While a member of the fire kitsune bloodline, Zuki relinquished her powers to escape damnation and pursue her dreams of happiness with her true love, Lang Shu. Despite her purity, she kept a more tame but extremely useful fraction of her pyrokinesis. Zuki has an infinite tolerance for heat, able to absorb and dispense it to and from the environment around her, whether pulling it from the air around her or the earth beneath her paws. She can even absorb body heat from others, or transfer it into them, through touch. While invaluable to her as a vigilante, it also frees her fashion sense from the four seasons. Where she wishes to enthrall Shu or train in the summer, this outfit is the one for the job. Her favorite use of heat power is ensnaring Shu in her warm embrace, especially during winter.
