Nope just some good old technical pens. I ink like 3 times.

It's pretty much the same thing I do for that kind of affect. It takes FOREVER. I put down single line basic inks, erase the sketch behind it, go over the (now slightly faded from the erasing) inks to bring them back to life, add lineweight, and then I get to go over all the lines AGAIN if I add watercolour or the like on it since it can also stifle the richness of the blacks.

It looks nice, but it really does take a long time!
