Well, "success" is a broadly defined term. Sure, the transformation greatly boosts the wearer´s strength, agility and reflexes, but it all happens at the expense of their self-control.
One has to wonder if they are still gonna be willing to complete their mission afterwards, or if they´d much rather curl up and take a nap or chase after a stray cyber-pidgeon.
