Ass he was taught from young age, Scar learned to train every dy or when he had chance, he always practiced a mastery of his element. As young he was taught by Malfressa every day during merciless drill she demanded .
It was her who taught him the basics of the firebending , on which he would build upon his essential details .

As he grew and his training progressed he learned many things, including a fire heat control that would eventually let him reach heat temperature strong enough to burn even trough strongest metals or heating up his entire body as means of selfdefence as well as what many would call , becoming one with the flame, even if he himself would more likely say he dances with flames.

Later , after escaping from Malfressa Scar would add his own features to training as stance or various moves and kicks for contact combat , a meditation on the begining to keep his mind vigil during this quite dangerous yet also a rather intruiging and creative practice. He would also even attempt to create fire versions of whatever he wanted from small firey rose blooming in his hand harmlessly to anyone to a "imaginary fire foes for simulated combat.

This is the training he still keeps doing for the future never say what it brings and many may try to bring him back to the one who seeks to put him to the other world to prevent any opossition to her rulership.
