It IS tiny! I wish I could do as well on regular sized pictures! Oddly enough, with real paint, the larger the surface the easier a time I have being comfortable with the details in it.
Regarding this specific item, I did not do much more than add intermediate colors between outlines and fillings. There IS a trick to it that many people seem to miss, but I have been doing this quite a long time. Based on that I am very glad you appreciate it! I am usually open to doing more.
