Book of Nemororin is a Grimoire of arcane knowledge that after a long time of use it gained sentience and eventually came to life. Becoming a demon in her own right, she designed herself a spell to conjure a body to continue to help her master as his personal assistant (and daughter).
Many years later, when her father died from unspecified causes (it depends on the story) she moved on in pursuit of his work.
Being a demon she can be summoned by conventional means and she offers magical services, teachings and assistance in rituals. Her price is usually magical knowledge and artifacts, though it is up for debate as favors is something she deals with as well
