This holiday season I've been baking a lot more than I used to. I've been trying out a few different recipes, including one that resulted in these ginger shortbread cookies, topped with a lemon-cream cheese icing. ^^ They turned out really good, in fact a certain husky of mine seemed to be interested in them. >w>; Sorry Chelsea, these aren't... well, weren't, for you.

has she ever stolen food right out of your hand? Mine has! I had a dinner roll in my hand, and was sealing the bag up with my other hand. Next thing I know, my hand is empty and she is trotting to the living room, tail wagging happily.
Also, sorry for the mix up. From the angle they look like cupcakes. Plus, I'm tired. "Tired" and "Internet" do not go well together. :P
