Just playing with the strength and conditioning camp file. This time one bicep flexed and the other bicep just hanging under its own weight. Gives the look of motion in the bicep.

Two things: 1. The jersey is made of super stretchy Lycra 2. He has to put the jersey on when his muscles are “Cold” low blood in them. After putting on the jersey he lifts weights to pump up his arm muscles to get them engorged with blood so the muscles expand and the veins pop out. There is no getting that jersey off when his biceps are pumped like that.
