dang XD firrst time tried welding it was with the arc one and was to timid XD could neve rget the Bead right and when get blast thing down could barely see and which hendersmy abilty ^^; then sparks from anothers thing got down my glove and freaked me out stayed in calss room rest of day XD... and when they got out the blow torch god didnt leave room door XD... doesnt mind natural flame but chemical flames freak me out XD

yea but hates how you have to have the blast sheild thing XD can probly used plasma cutter cause last i seen they are around like asmall power supply? eather way is more wood worker and gardener ^^

or old fashion blacksmithing as it deals with natural flame ^^

Nice. :) I completed my Welding & fabrication course a number of years ago, and remember doing somthing simmilar in class.

for what it looks like it was mig welded. Good job on passing the bend test! Fist quick look i thought it was a pipe weld coupon.

though, i am surprised you weren't given a 3/32 gap for full penetration. I fail my first ever pipe test on having a crater on the inside pipe wall x.x
