Does Nisha have feelings for the Chairman?
No, she doesn't, only thinks of him as someone she knew since childhood. But this comic is an exception since it was written by MissSeuss45 over at dA and I couldn't resist.

Do Nisha and the Chairman ACTUALLY have a kid?
Yes, that is why I'm doing the comic of when they have relations, followed by a soon-to-be-made comic of Nisha's pregnancy.

Is Ned happy about this?
Well, it's a 50-50. He's happy that his little sister has a child and that he has a niece, but he's not happy that he now has a niece who is actually a relative to the Chairman.

If Nisha and the Chairman aren't married, then who's she with?
She's with Horton, living in the Jungle of Nool (thanks to a device by Dr. Larue (idea based on A Who in Horton's World by  kjbat and  jinney ))

Once Victoria was born, where and with who does she live with?
Personally, I'd like her to live with her mom and Horton for a few years before stealing the device her mom used to go to Nool, so she could use it to go and see Whoville for the first time and meet her REAL father (She doesn't believe that Horton's her dad (gotta talk to ~MissSeuss45 'bout that XD))

Nisha died in the 'Last Breath' comic, so does this mean that the pic you just drew is something that happened BEFORE she died or is it just something you did for fun?
This is completely made for fun and EPIC awesomeness. Nisha stays dead, never lived with Horton nor had a child.
