ARNO SUMMARY

"Suggestive_Carp"

Astronaut Oswald Angust, after a personal hiatus, has returned to space along with his wife Karen. They operate inside a STAR satellite when, due to a tech hiccup, a droid supply ship accidentally collides into them. Separated from each other and a fire broken out, Oswald sweeps up his canine companion, Zeke, and stuffs them into a repair pod. He pulls the wrecked remains of the satellite from the ship, Karen safely inside assessing the damage. The repair pod is suddenly tugged away by tangled wires connected to the droid ship as the it’s stuck thrusters pull the pod out further out into space. Unable to break free and without a suit, Oswald is forced to trail behind it until it’s thrusters give out. Several hours later, Oswald is contacted by the droids inside and after a slew of apologies is pulled to the ship. Now inside, Oswald goes to contact Karen but to no avail. Nothing left to do but wait, he is directed to a sleep chamber where he tells the droids to wake him when they get contact. Not long after, Oswald is woken up to see a gargantuan military cruiser just out the window. "Arno" painted on it's side. Finding a suit and repairing his pod, Oswald docks the cruiser, bringing Zeke and a few droids in his company. Darkness and hovering silence meet him coming to the security bay. Oswald powers up the center and immediately is contacted from the bridge by, frantic ship captain, Rowan Tracy. He spouts fearful warnings of a deadly beast let loose in Oswald’s sector. Before he can ask the appearance of the monster, an abrupt crashing signals it’s entry into the security bay. Rowan deploys a DEKKARD battle droid to combat the monster as Oswald slips away. Now in the primary portion of the ship, Oswald comes to find the cruiser is infested by grotesque creatures out on the prowl. With the help of the droids and the inventory of weapons and gadgets inside the Arno, Oswald hunts to answer how these things got loose, if he can protect himself against them and if he can get home without them bumming a ride.
