Will you be taking commissions now that you are back?

Short answer: Maybe, but only with the right circumstances. So probably not.

Long answer: In the past, most my commissions haven't really worked out for the commissioner nor myself, for various reasons, so I've never really done that many.

I might be tempted to try some less involved stuff, like the sketch commissions that seem popular on FA, but then, I'm not usually willing to work for as little as many of the more talented artists in the fandom (most of which vastly under-value their work, IMO).

Money is probably the crux of the issue - It takes a lot of it to motivate me, and when other artists are willing to work for what amounts to less than I could make getting a second job doing pretty much anything, then there's not much to motivate me to do art for others unless I'm otherwise interested in the content I'm creating.

If that makes sense. It might all end up reading as "WolfeByte=Asshole ArtFag" which is something I guess I have to risk. Honestly, I find it hard enough to find motivation to do stuff I want to do, artistically, let alone what others might want to have me do, and pretending otherwise wouldn't do me or anyone else any favours. :)

Heh. More like, "You can get better for less than I'd charge ya, but if you insist..." Plus a bunch of blah-blah-blah that boils down to "Depends what it is you want, and how much you want it..." Even I have my price, I suppose. I'll PM you.
