Minotaurs in Wayfarer have a very distinct society. On one hand, they value strength above most other things, and in their belief, the strong should lead, but that doesn't mean they're barbarians. they also believe that the weak are better as slaves. While this can seem cruel to outsiders, it makes perfect sense to them. Seen here is a Minotaur and his slave. They aren't by any means cruel to them, they keep them as 'slaves' to keep them out of the way of harm, nice and safe where they can't hurt themselves.
Outsiders are treated with the same courtesy as their fellows, though it might be noted to watch out for sudden spur of the moment wrestling matches or spars, they can definitely take alot out of the unwary adventurer.
