Now, she wouldn't likely show it if she knew anyone was watching, but Anansi LOVES snow. So here she is prancing through the fresh-fallen snow and behaving as if she were a pup seeing it for the first time.

So yeah I followed Tsao Shin's wonderful forest background tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x_B.....0&t=2s and used his brush set for the overall majority of this piece. And while I can see some things I could have done better (IE the actual shading on Anansi) I'm actually really proud of this. Here's to more background practice in the future!
