Another commission from FWA '09, this one from Mike Higgs, of my Auran vixen, Lana "Rain Dancer" Angel.
Mike does terrific foxes of all shapes and sizes, so Lana was a natural choice to give him. He actually invited me to stick around and watch him sketch her out, saying that it only only take a few minutes. Seriously? Yep.
I watched him draw her completely in less than five minutes, and was amazed at how she turned out. I really oughta learn from that =P

Cripes...I hope you didn't pay a lot for that commission. I could show the slipshod sketchbook illustration he did of Whiteout. At the inaugural FWA, he and I did an art trade. I knocked myself out for hours, draining perfectly good Microns on a bunny gal. He spent five minutes and the result was supposed to be Whiteout.
If I had whomped out a similar illustration in someone's sketchbook, I would've been shot.
