A little context to this image:
I myself have a huge affection for Dragon related works and Mirkrali is someone which I have a respect for. I adore their art style and content of their work, all the critters and creations! I am especially fond of the way they colour pelt patterns among other things. Their 'Taiga Dragons' rather namely being one of these such creations, are simply awesome, thic' n' fluffy creatures. I had a smol discussion at some point of doing an interesting spin off on my Sona being turned into one at some point; I think I'll never tire of seeing 'redraws' and 'what-ifs' of turning concepts into something else, its just something I quite enjoy seeing the result of ~
However, it wasn't until last night that things just kind of, clinked into place as it were, something that probably would never have happened if I wasn't part of Xubu's Discord chat group they set up ~ Mirk was looking into getting Clip Studio Paint, the program I currently am using right now to do my artwork; to expand upon their own software - improving tools and functions at their disposal; to improve and better their own work. I am a generous sort of soul at times and one of my favourite things is to be supporting other folk's work, helping them either financially or helping them improve because in essence, I am trying to improve my own artwork and the cross feedback is most appreciated ~ besides being able to chat with such awesome folk of course. :U
TL:DR: Mirk talks about CSP n other stuff, I offer to gift moni for a copy, after some back n forth I convince them to accept my gesture with no strings attached to it ~ so this wasn't paid for, this is a gift simply repaid in kind with another gift that was not required... but truly appreciated!
If Mirk's art is something that interests you or their subject matter and style does you should give them a check out over on their page ~ although there is NSFW material there, but if that doesn't bother you! Please give them a looksie!
