Looks like most of the furniture was picked out by a bunny instead of a fox, but I actually could picture Nick and/or Judy living in exactly this kind of place. Nick, I'm given the impression, hasn't spent a dime in years and would only feel comfortable in a place that kinda' looks like one he might be staying in rent-free, and Judy was in that one-room dump (that may or may not have even had a bathroom) so this would be the middle ground between a massive upgrade and something that still feels like home.

I like the layout, but the place seems kind of pricey for a scallywag selling paw-sicles on the side. Then again, could it be that Nick and Judy are house hunting?
