Wouldn't call that Mewtwo super-intelligent because super-intelligent Mewtwo wouldn't even participated to that contest since he knows that both Lucario (he's immune to poison) and Charizard (he's fire type so he can burn alcohol quickly) can't get drunk so he couldn't win.
