This was actually a payment for a genotype to get one of my first ones haha
As far as I've seen the easiest way to get one is to go into the selling journals and either buy one or pay with one via art, like I was doing here. There's also semi-customs and the current DTE advent going on, but the former is expensive and the latter is a raffle and you're not guaranteed to get anything.
