Lol saw someone do this and i had to go and do one.

He can make me inventions out of crap left when humans are eaten by the zombies, hopefully he isn't a Only with Coconut MacGyver.
The Coast cause i know it, The ocean here is rough at times, perfect for cleaning up any shore gouls.
LightHouse, just makes sense easy to wall up in and defend.
The Crab Boat, cause there are lots and if i need a new hideout i can commandeer another.
The Thermal Goggles, So i can see if any Warm blooded types are about, to help or avoid, used sparingly just to scan for warm spots or a hidden enemy.
NW Gear for clothing, Logger pants and hunters gear, lots of pockets for stuff, and tear and rip resistant.
Silenced Conventional rifle, easy ammo to replenish, same with secondary weapon, both weapons only on SemiAuto.
Flares, for burning bodies or signaling help.
Water Purifier bottle
Wind up radio
Glow sticks

This is true, lol which is why i am prepared to live on Fish for a long time lol, might not like it but with some scavenging here and there should be able to carry on till i can down hunting prey if there is any, seals and dolphins are fair game when Zombies own the land lol

One even loaned me a copy of 'The Zombie Survival Guide'
We Chose Wal-Mart, Easy to seal up and control the entrances, plenty of supplys and water, tons of weapons for the clever... and insane.
You can hold up in a Wal-Mart for months if need be, and with the Garden dept. you can grow food indoors under the huge sky lights.

Lol its for the human threat actually, Rogue humans are way more dangerous then a shuffling Zombie, heh and with thermals i can see signs of recent activity. Warmblooded animals too will show up, and since animals flee if a zombie is around by instinct, any animals around mean clear, if you see any in thermal.
