Here's what I've been working on this week.
I'm going to 3d print this (minus the ears) full size and then make a master mould. I will then make expanded foam replicas and possibly sell them, it all depends on how this goes since it's an experiment.

that sounds prety great idea, makign 3D printed mold, since just 3d printed blanks could be too brittle
