To be fair, more often than not the outfits in animes and such are complex to be complex. I mean... a transparent skirt? Might keep you warm, I guess? Or keep others entertained when there's a gust of wind to blow that thin strip aside!

Lovely job on fitting Sakura in it, though! Does she actually cosplay at times or did she get no choice on the matter? ;)
