Awesome-est use of the Strathmore sketchbook cover EVER!!

For the bar code thingie, you might want to try what I did... black pen (felt or marker is best) over top of it and then sparlkie pen or neon gel pen on top of that.
I'd show you what I mean, but my old sketchbooks are missing and presumed destroyed.
Something else I've learned it to put tape on the edges so they don't get tattered and ripped. I do that in the ring binding too and it saves a lot of wear..... but WOW is it annoying. Still, adds +2 armor to your sketchbook.

But whatever you do, leave the main pic on your's!! That does so kick much tail! ^-^

I've had this sketchbook for years now. I think I'll try your tape advice and marker the barcode. Thanks for sharing your wisdom!
