Is been a time I don't draw Kill Joe, so here is he again!!
I really love draw japanese clothes, so I think Joe would be perfect in these clothes even that he is "scottish".
He would be a perfect Ghost type Gym Leader, his Signature Pokémon would be... Spiritomb, because I don't know any other macabre Pokémon that fits Kill Joe. Withou be Giratina. :P
