I think the way people design their robots characters,or rather android characters,are very unique. I've been fascinated with everyone's designs ever since my friend started making Robosonas and made one for me.

I have to say Lillia's design is one of my personal favorites as well as the colors chosen. The whole "Living Metal" part mentioned in Answer 3 and the power symbol just sell me on that.
