I don't think I've posted Solomon here, but he's a Wisher Angel Dragon which is a subspecies of angel dragon that  flamesvoices created. I got really into the lore which is basically Wishers come to earth to grant a wish before returning.

Solomon's wishes were those of protection which over the millennia went from a role of warrior to more of a comforter. He's not exactly the best at it, being more of a gruff guy, but he's warmed up to it, and offering himself as a furry pillow for crying and hugs isn't so bad.

One particular time he was brought to protect a girl who was self-harming. Though he did what he could, she took her own life and Solomon was distraught. At her funeral he buried his token and ticket home, feeling he failed to grant the wish.

Unable and unwilling to return home, Solomon became bitter for many years, often revisiting the girl's grave, standing watch, sometimes for days at a time. On one of these visits the sister, and the one who wisher him to earth in the first place, was visiting. She left behind a jar of paper stars, each representing a dream, an aspiration, a enjoyable thing, all things that could someone purpose to move forward.

Solomon took the jar as his new token, his purpose is now to help people find purpose in life no matter how small.
