Nothing feels better then a nice 80's warm up and day to start exercising, stretching and warming up those limbs and body up for the everyday Silkie person. Here have Chris Silk leading his little band of Silkie friends in doing some stretch-ups with them. Showing them how zen like and easy it is bend one's body. You can see that Berry Nylon and Ragdoll/Helle are doing their best well maybe Ragdoll trying to get herself in the proper spot.
