As a mage I once purged an entire zealot monastery alone wailing laughter and it was great.
They had a special cloth almost entirely monopolized and I wanted it. They attacked me. They attacked me! So I utterly anhillated them and burnt their chapels all beneath a fire storm. It was one of my favorite moments in roleplaying, and my enthusiasm for the act got me a scold lecturing on what "evil" is. Pffft.
Having power is a great feeling. Let people challenge you. If they submit, show mercy, maybe. That's my take. Conquerors aren't evil!
Your boy is a cutie. His poor fragile conscience is the most cute aspect about him. Someday a horrible temptation falls on him, I hope. Cut loose and go wild. Even just a little bit. >:3
