Yet another screenshot from a project of mine. Done in Sai.
Played around with a lot of lighting effects and airbrushing, as well as texturing to create that fog. The lighting and shadows were a bitch to do, but I think it turned out nicely. The luminescence from within the tanks was an afterthought, but I like it.
