Did I mention I like skirt/robe spreads, good.
Three things:
The stars and moon don't work perfectly (I'm not looping this hundred times till they happen to match up with delphox's movement, okay.)
Saturation is hard on the eyes sometimes, though I didn't think my previous was too much, I desaturated things to see if you all think this is better to look at nonetheless.
I still have lots of trouble feeling things out with the mouse, so I redrew the most extreme moving sprites in pencil to get something better than mere rotation, if less consistent.
