Wanna know what i hate? this same face Syndrome. Having EVERY FACE i try to draw differently being exactly the same as all the others...
But eh...Nelia's technically Nagato's twin sister, so i guess i can let it pass right now... oh well, who cares.

Nagato's twin sister, a full blooded demon! While Nagato's element is thunder, her element is wind (she's using it to float in place in the picture btw), she can change forms as well!
